Despite achieving an average grade of 8.2 during her Baccalaureate (high school diploma), she is unsure if this will be sufficient to secure a place in her desired Psychology program. Experts attribute the high cut-off marks to the increased demand and limited capacity within public universities. The trend suggests that what was previously considered a good grade – a 'notable' – is now perceived as insufficient for entry into highly sought-after health professions.
